Dulcerella is a premier cake shop located in Caldwell, Idaho, serving the Treasure Valley. Specializing in designer wedding and special events cakes, Dulcerella is operating under the Cottage food Law, insured and registered with the State of Idaho.
With a restaurant manager food safety certification on site, Dulcerella is offering custom cakes, finished in fondant or buttercream, cupcakes, cake pops and French macarons.

Dulcerella’s promise is to never sell anything that she would not eat herself, so our cakes are always fresh to order, never frozen, made from scratch using fresh fruit, pure flavorings and only real butter. Attention to detail starts from selecting the best ingredients to the last finishing touches. Each cake starts from mixing the flour, egg and the other ingredients, making Swiss meringue buttercream with whipped egg whites, sugar and butter, continuing with colors and decorations to the picture perfect yumminess.

In 2020, one of Dulcerella’s original designed cake was featured in Rocky Mountain Bride Idaho printed edition. Dulcerella’s Cakes are also featured on Rocky Mountain Bride Blog in October 2020 and on Wedding Chicks in November 2020.
