Fall Wedding Cake and Dessert Bar at Stone Crossing

For their October wedding, Gabby and Zach chose the beautiful hills views at Stone Crossings and a warm fall color palette. At the cake tasting, the couple enjoyed all the flavors they tasted, but the Champagne cake with Champagne buttercream was their top choice, making them feel “elegant” when eating it, as the groom jokingly remarked.

A delectable dessert bar was set up for the guests: chocolate cake pops, cake shooters, chocolate covered strawberries and macarons. For the cake shooters, the bride and groom chose two flavors. The first one was Dulcerella’s signature “One night in Idaho” while the second was their favorite Champagne flavor.

The macarons colors were kept neutral in ivory white and sage green, and they were filled with warm flavors of caramel and hazelnut praline.

The two tier cake for the bride and groom had an organic stencil texture on the top tier with beautiful fresh flowers in their color palette provided by Dulcerella. The couple’s puppies took center stage as figurines next to the cake.
